Is there a way to quick selected point based on the style or label style? I have some point in the same layer, but different point style/label style. I want to do quick select, but it couldn't selected anything when I put the point style name in the value box.

I've never used quick select to do what you want as I would normally do this with a point group, most of which I've already created in my template so that it populates on update of the groups.

I usually do it like that too, but sometimes my coworker doesn't group them properly.

I've also wondered for quite a while on why the 'style' and 'label style' options in Quick Select don't seem to work.

Where it states "Style" is not the Point Style or it would say that. I can't give you a solution with points short of groups using common descriptions or other query options.

Myself, since I only import the data that is symbolic (description keys with symbols) I wouldn't need to qselect as there in the point groups and layers based on description (water, sewer, storm etc..). I have found that having all points do little more than provide data to build a surface only bloat the drawing and isn't necessary to complete my objective of a EG drawing/surface, when I can query this data from the survey database (figures and points).

But why can't I used the "Point Label Style" in the qselect option either?

I would probably do this through project explorer.
