PUBLISH command opens regular AutoCAD

Currently, I use Civil3D 2022 for my work. However, my computer has other AutoDesk softwares, including regular old AutoCad. Whenever I use the PUBLISH command, whether in a sheet set or not, my computer just opens Autocad. I get the message that says, "A license could not be found for this email address". When I close it and go back to Civil3D, my plot job window says, "Errors and warnings found." However, nothing shows up when I actually go into that menu.

I've tried searching everywhere for what causes this, but it doesn't seem to be a common problem. Occasionally, the command will work like it's supposed to, but 90% of the time it just opens AutoCad. Anyone have any clue where I should start to diagnose this? It's a real pain when I have to print more than a couple pages.
