Project Explorer - Pipe Network Error

I have a drawing with various pipe networks referenced into it. When I open the project explorer and go to the pipe networks section the below error pops up. I can see my various pipe networks in the explorer, but if I try to select any of them the error pops up and no information is displayed. 

I have other drawings with the same networks referenced, and they do not experience the same issue.

Luckily I don't NEED Project Explorer to be working, but it would be nice to resolve the issue without rebuilding the drawing from scratch.

I will attach the full error report as a txt file.
