Profile disappears in PDF

Has anyone noticed their profiles disappearing when using the DWG to PDF plotter with it set to "lines merge"?

We've noticed it on several sheets since moving from 2018 file to 2019.  When the plot settings are "Overwrite" the profile shows up. Didn't notice it in a DWF or going straight to printer.

Hi @petrocat,

Does it look ok when using print preview? What you see during print preview from Civil 3D is what is being sent to the printer driver so if the PDFs are missing anything this points to an issue with the plotter driver. What happens if you use one of the other PDF drivers?

Hi @petrocat,

Wanted to check in to see if you had any updates or if you were able to figure out what was wrong.

Thanks for the idea. But, print preview looks fine. Still prints with the profile  at the PVI disappearing. This is using the DWG To PDF.pc3 with lines merge.

Tried a different PDF printer. The profile is there. When making a DWF, profile is there. When printing to printer, profile it there.

I still need to see if it is because we are using a file that started in 2018.

Do you have another workstation that you can test this out with? If you don't see the behavior on a different workstation, what happens if you copy the DWG to PDF.pc3 from that machine to your machine?

Actually, it was first noticed it on other computers first, then it came to me. I'm the designated trouble shooter in our office for AutoCAD.  We all point to the same pc3.  I will try pulling from a fresh deployment to see if that doesn't solve it.

Makes sense then why everyone is having the same problem. Let me know how pulling a new PC3 works out for you @petrocat.
