I want to know when I use point cloud surface extraction it's working or not ?
Becuase i'm waiting on this screen 3 hours ago but It's seem nothing heppen.

There is quite a lot of data in that file apparently, you might be better served by importing a Recap file of the UAV data into Infraworks and then import that into C3D to create the surface. This would provide you with a ground only surface as C3D doesn't really have point cloud classification/capabilities that it once did.

Grab the free lidar tools from this blog post, Civil3D: Lidar Straight To TinSurface. You will be able to select your source LAS/LAZ files, specify classification 2 (for ground) and create a TinSurface without jumping through any hoops.
