Point Cloud in Viewport Shows Preview Differently Than Actual Plot

I am trying to get an isometric view of a point cloud. I changed the point size of the cloud point to 3 as this looked better than 1. When I use the preview command to view what the printed sheet should look like, it shows it differently than what actually prints when I plot to PDF. I want the points to be sized as shown but instead it looks like the point size is changing to 1 rather than 3 like I wanted. Any ideas on how I can ensure that the plot keeps my desired point cloud point size?

I am attaching my drawing file as well as what the actual PDF plot looks like(which is not how I want it to look)

Thanks!

2 things

  • The RCP is not included so there's little chance of helping on that end.
  • If this drawing is a save as of your drawing, I'm not sure that it's even scaled correctly since there's no datum or projection for the project.

Attaching rcp file isn't allowed on here I guess
I'm not too worried about the scale, this is more of just a conceptual drawing for someone.
