Pipe parts not found when open in 2020

I have a pressure pipe network created in 2018. When I open in 2020 the parts are not available when editing the network. The software seems to be having a problem finding the parts catalog that was used to create the network. How do I fix this? I could browse to the 2018 parts catalog but that should not be the answer. Otherwise we'd have to do this for every drawing that was created in 2018.

AS long as the parts are not custom they should work. If found I had to manually set the path to the  proper catalog even though 2020 claimed it was set.  If they are custom parts, copy them from the 2018 catalog to the 2020 catalog.

No custom parts here. I suspect the parts catalogs in 2018 are somehow different than 2020 in our environment. I'll do some more research.

I figured out I had the wrong parts catalog set in 2020. I had to open in 2018 to see which catalog it was using. You would think the software would recognize the proper catalog in 2020 and set it. At least it should tell you which one it is looking for.

I'll mark your answer as a solution since it pointed me in the right direction.

Thank you.
