Pipe Network Rules

I know this question has been asked before and I have tried the suggestions that are out there about creating a new template, new rules, etc, etc.

But I am getting the "Unable to run macro: C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\C3D 2020\enu\C3DPipeNetworkRules.dll:PipeNetworkRule.PipeLength::ApplyRule" and such errors when trying to apply the rules I get these errors.

I have taken the same file and opened it in 2019 and ran the same command with no issues. There is something I am missing and I can figure it out because everything I am finding is for older versions.

Thanks in advance.

You are probably not doing anything wrong, especially if it works in either 18 or 19 versions.  The jury is still out on 2020 for various reasons.

What updates have you installed?

Well it works on one computer that has 2019 alone on it.

It will not work in 2019 as will if 2020 is installed.

But I have 13.2.1758.0 Civil 3D 2020.2 Update.

It MIGHT work if you un-installed the 2020 update.  Some things work better.

Hello @jsauler ,

Just checking to see if your problem has been solved. Have you tried uninstalling the 2020 update as suggested? Let us know if that helps.

I have Version 13.2.1758.0 Civil 2020.2 Update installed.

I spent the better part of a day and a half working with our re sellers support getting this fixed. For some reason the 2 machines that was running 2019 and was updated to 2020 just did not work. We ended up doing a complete clean install of 2020 on both machines and now it works. Funny how these things work out sometimes.

Thanks for all the tips everyone.
