Pipe label style help

I'm being asked to make a change to our pipe profile labels. I currently use the civil 3d label to make labels that look like the one on the right side which shows the inverts at the structure stacked on top of each other. The comment I received is to have a line under each invert, as shown in the red. Is this possible with civil 3d label styles?

When editing the contents of the pipe invert label, go to the Format tab, press the Underline button.

This underlines the invert text but how can I get a line that connects to the center line?

Set the insert point of the label component to to be middle something (Left, Right or Center) and attach to the end of the line.
