Parcel Map Check Report: Setting a point of beginning

Having some trouble setting a point of beginning for a parcel map check report. The input fields for x and y will not let me manually input coordinates and Civil 3D help says there is an icon that I need to push but I have been unable to find what they are talking about, I appreciate any help.  dialogue.jpg

Have you tried setting the POB in the Parcel itself? If it's set there I do believe that report will start from the same position as the Parcel.

i've got the same problem and i am in the parcel properties. i'm unable to specify the point of beginning either going through the survey map check or the parcel map check.

Does the parcel close?

that is where i would set it but it won't let me set it nor does it give the map check analysis. it's been happening on several of my parcel drawings.

The issue I'm having is that I set it per Jeff's 01-08-2019 11:28 AM screenshot, I hit "APPLY" and hit "OK," but then the coordinates for the Point of Beginning that I JUST SET inexplicably change. This is totally unacceptable.

This happens before I even run a report too - I will return to the properties panel and the coordinates have changed on their own.

I am only doing very basic drafting (or no drafting at all) in the drawing between the time I manually set the POB and the time I notice it has changed. Nobody else is in any other XREF or anything.
