Parcel Label Direction Arrow not displaying the same when xreffed in C3D 2018

Anyone run into this or know why direction arrow of a Parcel segment label displays differently when xreffed?

Interesting... I tried the "open" arrow head style and the and the "closed filled" and they both worked. What type of arrow are you using? See attached

Open style. The "closed" works fine.

Have also notice in previous drawings that even after changing the style from closed to open, then reloading the xref the style still shows as closed.

I've even went to the length of bringing in the open arrow block into the drawing that it's xreffed in to no-avail.

I have been playing with it and the styles. I cannot recreate your issue. YET! Seems to work for me. I will keep looking.
