I went to do volume calculations today and the panorama window will not show up.
I have tried shrinking my window and viewport to try and find it. I have also tried toggling it in toolspace menu. When I run the _AeccVolumesDashboard command it does not give any errors or cancel out.
Some help to get my panorama back would be much appreciated!

I had the same problem today. In case someone else runs into this again, I typed "DOCKPANORAMA" into the command line and it showed up above my tool space. Then I could move it to where I wanted it.
I saw another article suggesting that I minimize the drawing while leaving Civil 3d open, but I still couldn't find it.
I'm having the same issue. Panorama window is non-existent in my install. I need it, have a project due, and of course I can't reinstall my software. This is really sad. I'll have to find a work around but autodesk needs to address this and not with some tech who is looking for points in the forum.
First Execute
Command: ShowEventViewer
then
Command: DOCKPANORAMA
Then the panorama palette should be docked and visible in most cases.
If still not visible, activate the panorama palette editing your current civil workspace.
Command: _CUI
