My main pipe is being treated as a crossing pipe in profile

I have a WW main that I am creating P&Ps for, and when I go to label my pipes and structures, the profile for the alignment associated with the part, the label is appearing as a crossing pipe and I do not have the option to display the normal profile labels. Any ideas why this may be happening? Is there a way to make the profile consider my pipes and structures as the main pipes and structures and not only crossing? I've attached an example where I am trying to label my pipe as a typical profile label, i.e. "XX.X LF of 8" PVC PIPE at 2.00%" instead the label is indicating the pipe to be a crossing pipe. It could be your label style settings or you are applying the wrong type of label. Does this happen in other dwgs, or with other styles?  Try running some basic troubleshooting (e.g. import styles from other dwg, import pipes into new dwg, etc.). Can you post your file?

Check your profile view properties \ pipe network tab \ override area for possible pipe network style overrides

I figured out the issue. Instead of clicking on the part and then clicking the add labels, I instead went to the annotate tab and added the label from there. I had the ability to select which style I wanted. It was an easy fix. Thanks everyone who responded.
