Multiple feature lines from corridor - name template crashes cad

Hi.

I'm using C3D 2018. Trying to extract multiple feature lines from corridor. See screenshot attached.

It works fine, except if I tick on the feature line naming template, then the drawing closes down completely without saving.

Does anyone use this?

Maybe it's just a problem with my cad installation?

Dear paul.x.anderson,

As an initial cure I would suggest to run a recover or audit on your drawing to fix any errors and see if it solves the issue. Otherwise if possible you can upload the dwg here.

Recover worked. Does as it should now.

Never knew that was the first thing to check. I'll try that first in future with any problems.
