Multi View Block for Fence and Power Line

Is there any multi view blocks for "chain link fence" and "power line" somewhere inside Civil 3D?

or is there any website that I can download? I searched google and found nothing.

I want to use them in my plan view and cross section views (or profile view).

I looked inside TOOLPALETTES and it's not there.
