Move cross section view targets moves too

what's the fix here. i have one section view ploted just to view corridor and if i use the section view grip to move the section or move command moving the section frame. it moves all my corridor targets. what kind of bug is this? i think some drawing does it some don't. where is the control? why would anyone want this lol.

i immediately figured this out. if turn off the "drafting buffer outline" then it's good when moving. 

everytime you put a new feature and there are new bugs. probably should hire me to test the software for you.

anyways this one is so obvious shouldn't that been fixed with a service pack already? i am on update 3.1 which i think is the final one.

Autodesk doesn't care to fix actual issues, they just add colors and change icons and call it an "updated release". I wish there were other options because I'm about sick and tired of how many workarounds are required for basic production.
