Mirrored TIFF file

One of our subconsultants sent me a cad file and a PDF copy of the drawings as a reference. In the PDF the vicinity map on the first sheet has the right orientation but in the cad file, the vicinity map appears to be mirrored/reversed with all text backwards. Do you have any suggestions on fixing this problem? I'm using Civil 3D 2009 with service pack Version 3.1. Thanks

Have you tried to mirror the TIFF image? Turn Tframes to OFF and mirror the image about a point. If the image is on a coordinate system, I would draw 2 lines, from one corner of the TIIF to the opposite corner, and mirror about the intersection of both lines. Thanks civman_bloom. I tried that earlier with no luck. Any idea why something like that would happen in the first place? Thanks

Can you open the TIFF image in MS paint and flip the image?
