Material Volume from Corridor Shape

Hi everyone,

I have an issue about material volume calculating from corridor shapes.

I created an assembly at subassembly composer. It has layers and their shapes. These shapes can be seen on section editor. But at calculating material part by using "compute materials", these corridor shapes can not be seen on the tab. So, I can not calculate material volume and these shapes of layers can not be seen on section views.

If anyone help me about this issue, i will be thankful.

Have a good day!

Hi @Anonymous

Can you confirm the Shapes in Subassembly Composer are coded?

Hi canozen03

When you created subassembly in SAC for each shape you have to add shape code in order to calculate material in C3D.

Also Point/Link/Shape codes are important if you want to control visibility of corridor, section view, etc throughs CodeSetStile.

Hi Samir,

Yes, I have coded the shapes.

I solved the problem. I should've allowed corridor at sample lines section.

Thank you for replying.
