I'm using Civil 3D 2013 and when I perform a Mapcheck and print out the report, I get information that I don't want in the report such as Deflection Angle, coordinates for Radius points and such.
How do I remove those from the report?
@Anonymous
I did a bit of research on your question and what I've found so far involves editing files such as style sheets and vba projects. The only editing functionality I found within Civil 3D is being able to change units. Here a few links that describe where to making edits to reports in Civil 3D.

Because you are using version 2013, you should already have the VBA module installed. For anyone using a later version of Civil 3D, you'll need to download and install the VBA Module for Civil 3D. Make sure you download the correct version (C3D 2016 64-bit is the one I tested).
Download the Microsoft Visual Basic for Applications Module (VBA)
If you still have questions, @Civil3DReminders_com may be able to provide additional direction.
[UPDATE: Added information about 2013 having VBA module already installed.]
