Making a headwall with the Infrastructure Part Editor

Hello,

Is it possible to make a headwall with the Infrastructure Parts Editor in the 2024 version?

On the help page you see that in the IPE is an option for culverts (see image and link), but I don't have that button in the IPE version 2024. How I can get that button?

We purchased a structure library built with Inventor and published with IPE. The vender said, they can not build headwalls and end sections at this time due to an Autodesk issue.
