LAYERS issue?

Hello all, TIA... I'm a vanilla user who's recently started using CIV3D at my new job. When I type LAYERS, a command I often used in vanilla, I get the following popup. Should I be concerned? Is this going to mess up people's settings at work, mess up an xref, make the file less stable, etc., etc.? What does this even mean? Why would it have non-AutoCAD Layer states?

That's a benign message, telling you AutoCAD found layers states that were created before you were born (/s), using the original AutoCAD Express Tools Layer States Manager.
