How do I rotate the profile view and get ride of pressure pipe labels?

I've tried using the rotate command to rotate the profile but it stays stuck at this angle. I think it's because the profile view is associated with true north. If that's the case, how do you unassociate the profile with true north and associate it with project North. Any ideas?

Also trying to hide/change the labels for the pressure pipe within the profile view but I can't find the option to change it. Where would this be located?

It would help if you would provide a sample drawing file.

It looks like you have a rotated UCS.

When I create a Profile View when a rotated UCS is in effect it is horizontal to the World UCS, not the rotated UCS as you show.

To me true north is in the World Y direction. Please clarify what you mean.

I can't provide a sample file for reasons of project confidentiality. What I mean by true north vs project north - project north is where the orientation of the major lines of the building are straight up in relation to your screen. This is done for viewing ease. True north is where the major lines of the building point towards the real world North.

I am not familiar with the UCS and WCS system.

PLAN>>>current (world)

civil3d wants to use World USC for everything. there is no project north / basepoint north rotation as was in LDD

As stated. Civil3d only uses true north. Your project north would be a UCS UserCoordinateSystem

civil3d will allow for you to work in UCS, jus set the profile vport to PLAN>> world

ZOOM>>> set scale
