I'm looking to provide data for a survey stakeout and I'd like to show to centroid of the radius' along my alignment. This will allow the survey stakeout guys in the field to go to that radius centroid point and pull a radius based on the specific curve. I've identified the location I'm looking for with the red dot shown below.

Why are you saying Radius Centroid? Don't you just mean Radius Point?
Use _AeccCreatePointAtPcPtScEtc command. This will create COGO Points.
I tried using this command and it appears I should be using the "radial or perpendicular" dropdown, however when I select this and select my alignment it just specifies a stationing along my alignment and doesn't draw point at the center of the radius. Is there something I'm missing with the operation of the command.
Thank you,
-Ben
What you you want to Label. You can create an AutoCAD Point with a CEN Osnap. You can set a COGO Point using the CEN Osnap. You could use a Civil Note to Label NE coordinates again using the CEN OSnap.

This is the only soluyton that I see.
I would just note that both point and note label are static snd not dynamically linked to the alignment. They do not update when the alignment changes.

I just went ahead and ran OSNAP for the curves and then I'll have to manually add points. I also noticed if you run a tight spacing on a corridor you'll create bowties at the radius point and you can use that as you point of reference as well.
Thank you,
