Label text size doesn't match in Paper space and model space

I added contour label for the contour line than xref to another drawing. In paper space , the text is 2000 time larger. What can I do to set the size of the text same in different space?

Hi Wilson,
Anytime I see 3 zeroes mentioned I think Meters --> Millimeters problem.
Can you post both your drawing and the Xref?

What is the (annoscale) annotation scale setting in model space and what is the setting within the viewport? They should match exactly. If not, you'll see a difference in the text size between the model tab and model space within the viewport.

Check your page setup in paper space.  I suspect your settings for model space units to paper space units isn't right.

Just like this one. I tried different setting already. And also, how can I change the unit in Label style composer box. My drawing is meter but inside it is still inch.

Your surface is very large (9,688,004 sq.m)  and the label style is very large, 20 mm.   When you place that on a small sheet of paper at a large scale (viewport was +1:20000) the labels are going to be HUGE.

A 2mm label height would be more suitable.  Or, a much larger sheet.
