Intersection Curb Return Targeting Issues

I have modeled a corridor with two T-insections as part of the main roadway. Everything looked good until I tried to modify any portion of the main road profile or secondary road profiles. Then I get multiple targeting warnings for the intersection curb returns and they create a strange surface that doesn't make sense. I have checked all my target alignments and profiles. Any ideas what is causing this?

what i found after opening your drawing is a problem with the left curb return assembly.   it should look like a mirror image of the right curb return assembly, but it's missing it's sub assemblies or bugged.

try recreating the left curb return assembly and replacing it in every instance in the corridors.
