INTERNAL ERROR: Attempt to register class 'Db3::BHAttFacet' twice

I've been working with shape files recently.

 

Built a map out of a few shape files

trimmed the map to my boundary

ran a data expression conversion for the contour lines - so they had elevations

xref'd in a pdf

xref'd in an image

 

seems to be an issue causing my drawing to freeze and then.... this crash.

 

Anyone provide some advice on this one?
