Importig .rvt file into Civil3d

Hi,

How  I can import revit file into  Civil3d ?

My revit file cannot be exported to .adsk    and when i  export to IFc it's loosing coordinate system.

In  civil  2019  i  saw that we cannot import FBX file....

I attach  .rvt file, maeybe someone knot how solve this problem.

Export it out of Revit as a DWG file. Then follow directions for the shared reference point. See below...

Hi,

 

I would export the Revit file to an .nwc file (Navisworks)

Then you can simply xref it in AutoCAD. In the xref palette, choose coordination model!

 

This way you’ll get better performance in Civil 3d and a smaller file size, you will still need to take a look at @ToddRogers-WPM link to get the Revit model geo coordinated.
