ID command doesn't match point label NE's

Point coordinates given from the ID command to not match the coordinates shown on my point labels.  When I create a line at 0,0,0 and then put a point on that end, the point label shows coordinates of roughly N:134, E:161.  I am working in 2D, so there is no Z elevation.   UCS is set at 0,0,0.

No problem!  Thank you...

When I open the drawing, I can see its in an unnamed (non-world) ucs.

Once I change the ucs to world, the coordinates check out.

Thank you Brian, that resolved the issue!  I'm not sure how that got messed up.
