Hello,
after setting up pressure network catalogue folder it does not stuck when closing the software and reopen it.
Even when I set it up the pipes show up as lines and can not referenced to surface.(that is happening at work PC)
at home it is working properly with the same steps.
I deleted the software and re-downlead it but still have the same issues.

I would venture to say that IT may have something blocking your ability to do this at work, if you have no issue at home.
As a general rule all ACAD users, need admin read/write permissions

Thank you Rick,
Any idea how to fix this?
Pressure network only working for one pipe 50 mm and some other times does not work.
It is working perfect on my laptop with the same file.
I deleted Civil3D and download it twice and it did not resolve the issue.

You going to have to look at the windows permissions, if IT is stopping you from doing certain things. You also may want to see if virus software could be a culprit. What your describing is something that would be tough to fix, as it doesn't sound like a C3D issue, by more a Windows issue.
One option is to create a new Windows profile and see if that gets rid of the problem.

Good to here, hopefully you fix sticks. I don't think you should have to do that, but known one is infallible.
