how to fix multiple low and high levels?

Please find the attachment attached here with  csv format and screenshot.

Before vertical alignment i need to fix the low and high levels. how to fix multiple points in civil 3d

I sorted your data by elevation and nothing looks wacky in your csv file. The elevations run from approximately 316 to 387.

That looks like a surface profile, so my guess is that your surface has had breaklines added, and those breaklines are at 0 elevation.

Can you describe what you mean by "fix"?

Are you looking to remove the high & low outliers of elevation in your points?
