How to create contours from Point Cloud File so that a toposurface can be created in Revit?

I have a Point Cloud File ( Vancouver City), I want to create a toposurface in Revit. However, to do so I either need the .CSV format or contours. Can someone help me with this as  do not have access to Civil 3d.

Thanks in advance.

Hi Divya,
Wow, 878680 points!
I've never used Revit, but a quick Google shows that Revit can import an RCP(point cloud) file from ReCap. >>>Link<<<
If that's not the case, then what interval do you want the contours? And you just want AutoCAD 2D Polylines in dwg format?

Use plain AutoCAD's DATAEXTRACTION to write a CSV file of the Point X,Y,Z values.  Revit will (hopefully) will consume that.

Hello Dave, thanks for your reply. It would be great if I can get contours at 4m intervals if possible. Autocad polylines would be great with elevations ofcourse as they are contours. Thanks !

PS: Please use the attached file as its a smaller footprint

Divya,
I couldn't use the smaller drawing. It's in Millimeter units. I used the bigger drawing and WBlocked out the contours to a separate drawing. Attached. Let me know if it's OK.
