How do I access an Inlet's hydraulic properties?
Spread is calculated within Civil 3D as part of a Gravity Network Analysis. But unless I save a report of the analysis, I can't ever seem to find any of the hydraulic data again (spread, depth at inlet, gutter velocity, etc.).
I would expect that these properties are saved as structure properties and would be accessible via labeling, reports, etc.; am I wrong?
Thanks,
-jeff

Hi Jeff,
I believe this is still an issue; only HGL and EGL are saved back to the network and all else is lost/not connected. I talk about my approach to this issue in my AU class from 2020 "AGN Beyond the Basics" where the exported .csv data file from AGN analysis can then be reimported using Dynamo, and by using property sets, attached to individual inlets, which can then be leveraged for other tasks such as labeling or visualizing. Hope this helps!

Thanks. That's what I feared. Yuck.
Apparently InfoDrainage is designed to integrate better, making extensive use of Property Sets.

Hi Kirk,
Your "AGN Beyond the Basics" course is excellent. Thank you. Clear, concise, introduces the capabilities, the benefits and the required steps. If I automate AGN, I'll likely you it as my go-by.
