How can I connect a alignment to another alignment?

I have 2 road alignment and they parallel at somewhere. 

like this

I offset alignment A1 and this become a polyline. I convert the polyline and trim it and  convert to alignment A3. How can I join alignment A2 and A3 and become a single alignment?

There is no direct tool that allows joining two alignments.

From your sketch it looks like the two alignments don't touch. So they couldn't be joined. Maybe you're thinking of adding them both to a Corridor?

If I understand correctly, you want to join A3 to A2, so in the end you have just 2 alignments A1 and A2. The solution is: don' t create A3 at all. Instead, add the polyline you get when you offset A1, to A2. You would use the Add Segment from Autocad Object tool in the geometry editor (not sure what it is called, it is the 5th or 6th button from the left).

I now understand you question a little better. If both A2 and A3 are alignments. You'll have to explode one of them, probably twice to get a polyline, then add the polyline to the other alignment as described by @Neilw_05 .

Explode the one that is furthest away from the starting station.

If you were to consider third party add-ons, DotSoft's C3DTools will join any number of alignments while controlling the primary.  Associated labels are reassigned to the combined alignment and updated.
