Help create a poinlt style,label and group

In the following video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_kkKKxi5kuE the person is showing how to create a coordinate grid tick. In the video it is

missing the part how to create a point style,label and group.

Can some one show me a screencast of the steps I need to get the same point style, label and group that he has.

After further review, the video I presented doesn't answer, nor help your situation, if you want an actual "Point Style" that can rotate the northing and easting like that.
