I don't know very well how to achieve the details such as the curvatures of the islands. I already have some knowledge of Civil 3D objectives but I could still use some help. Thanks.

I'm not sure exactly what the question is here. Is this regarding 2d drafting? Corridors? A bit more context on your issue would help greatly.
Thanks.
I'm having trouble with the targets for the final curvatures of the pedestrian islands in the corridor, I just want to know if there's a way to get the curb and island area to generate properly, when I target the track to the outside of the curb it works fine, when I target the curb to the inside of it so it always has the correct width, it works ok.
But when I target the island area using the island axis it gives a lot of errors and generates badly.
I have found that corridors are a great 98% start to modeling then in areas like these it simplest to use featurelines set to corridor surface reference and add those as breaklines to the finish surface.
If you do not get a better answer this is just my $0.02
I have an example of @RobertEVs technique on my screen. The user did a corridor until we got to this area with gutter and ramps, and modeled those with feature lines. (this isn't 100% done).
