Grading Optimization Error Message

I have a few drawings that I have created that I keep getting this error message.

The funny thing is that I have never had a newer version of GO or Civil 3d, than what I have right now.

The only way I can get rid of this message is to "block out" these drawings, but they are full of Civil 3d entities, so that's not an option for me.
