Get these errors "unhandled exception e06d7363 (e06d7363h) at address d8aa388h"

Good day. I use autocad Civil 2016 + SP1 + SP2 + SP3 and Windows 10. Has anyone ever encountered such a problem, or maybe You just know the solution: When I try to creat a drawing using the "Capital" template (attached below), I am getting such errors (attached below). More detail: with all the other templates, drawings are created without problems to me, and this template is the only one in which I created specific-unique CIVIL objects, such as: various importing points creation styles, label styles, also I created names and description of a description key set, also surface creation style, which is right for me.
I created this "Capital" template 2 years ago and I could successfully create with him many drawings for about half a year, and when I tried to create a drawing a few days ago, I saw these bugs out.
Thank you for any info.

Hi,

what happens if you erase that file from your system (or move it back to another folder so Civil 3D does not find the file any more?

D:\BARZDIL\M_110000 png.png

I have opened your file with Civil 3D 2017 and run _AUDIT, does not find any issues, please find attached the file saved with C3D 2017 (not 2016!).

Hi,

>> do You ask me, what will hapened if I delete file "Capital.dwt"

No, my questions was what happens when the PNG-file can't be found by Civil 3D any more ... as your DWT-file has this PNG-file referenced/inserted and that could be the source of your issues.

Hi,

And when this file is removed/moved to a place where AutoCAD can't be found, does Civil 3D now crash when you open your DWT file?

Does Civil 3D crash if you open the DWG-file I uploaded in post 2?

Please find attached your DWT opened with Civil 3D 2016, run _AUDIT (no errors found), saved as DWG.

Hi,

Both versions I uploaded? The one from Civil 3D 2017 as well as the one from Civil 3D 2016?

How about creating a new Windows user, login with that account, start Civil 3D and load then the dwt/dwg?

Hello Alfred, yes both versions crashed...... But I'm happy that Your "new Windows user" option works for me 🙂 Just I'm worried-upset, because I don't know what to expect in the future, what influenced the template's failure, when it happened, why only such an option saved my template? I would like to ask if You have any more precise information, in that sense with CIVIL sometimes happens like this and is it normal? Does CIVIL users or developers declare that such problems are solved only in this way? Or maybe You by chance-accidentally decided come up with just such a courageous option here to restore the corrupted template by using another created WINDOWS USER? Couldn't have an effect on the template failure, say Windows some kind of an update, or a computer file and registry cleanup program?
    I am very grateful-You are the true woodoo-powwow-magician 🙂 !

Hi,

If your template works with another user account then it does not have to be anything with your template, it seems more to be dependent on the Civil 3D profile you used with your main user account.

Either the Civil 3D profile is defect or there are applications/tools/plugins loaded which have issues with parts of the template.

In case you have not done too many customizations you might try to reset settings to default as described >>>here<<<. When you have installed country-kits it might be necessary to reinstall the country kit afterwards.

Yes, I will have to decide whether it is useful returning the initial settings of autocad. And to be careful with the loss of information and the setting of key templates.
There must be bad place to mention this, because here is the CIVIL and not the MAP forum, but "Object Classes" and its "Attached definition file", although it's a good thing to attach OBJECT DATA tables, but also is a very slippery thing or an opportunity: something works, something does not, something goes missing and so on.
Thanks ones more for all info.
