Geotechnical Module Create New Error

I have student licence civil 3d 2017 and loaded geotechnical modül. After the new project is defined, it stays on the loading side.It stays as a constant load.

Help me plaase.

I see that you are visiting as a new member to the AutoCAD Civil 3D forum. Welcome to the Autodesk Community!

 

Please review this AKN article Civil 3D: Error running Geotechnical Module 2017 that gives a solution to the to the issue you are having with the

Geotechnical module error.

 

This AKN offers a solution to fix it by uninstalling the local database 2016, which the assumption it is not in use and removing Geotechnical Module's database instance.

 

Please review the AKN article and hopefully this will help with a solution.

Hi;

 

 Thanks,you for be intersted my problem.But my problem continuing. I shared my command file and my sql server already 2014 version. But geotechnical module gives me same problem. File attached.sadad.png
