Geolocation too slow to use

Using the GEO (geolocation) command is too slow to use for some reason. The Geographic location window with coordiantes and a map pin does not seem to update, searching an exact address doesn't return any results either.

Any ideas?

Using 2017 SP 1.1 on Win7, with the 2015-2018 Geolocation hot-fix installed, and the Autodesk Desktop APP logged-in.

HI @IanMcClain

I assume you have set your Drawing coordinate system dialed in?  If you have that set, then try the workflow shown below to orient your model space to the address you want:

I hope this helps.

Hi Mike,

Thanks for the video. It did not exactly address my issue, but may help someone.

A restart of my machine helped. The geolocation command finds an address now, but zooming/panning is still very slow. I suspect the network I'm on is not handling the data well.
