I am having problems getting a file to open. Wondering if anyone has had this message come up that I have included. I have the newest version of CAD so I'm not sure why it would be saying this.File S.PNG

  1. In command line, type QSELECT
  2. In the Quick Select dialog box, set Apply to Entire Drawing, Object Type to ACAD_PROXY_ENTITY and set Operator to Select All (this will select all proxy objects)
  3. In command line, type E (E stands for erase,) and then hit enter (this will erase all proxy objects you selected).
  4. PURGE and AUDIT drawing.
  5. Save drawing and close it.
  6. Open drawing and if the same message appears repeat all steps until the message disappears.

This is a warning not an error unless you click OK and the file doesn't open. If it opens just do your work.

If you don't want to see it every time you open make sure Civil 3D is fully updated. Update 2019.2 was released not long ago. If your system has all updates and you still receive this you may want to open a support case.

After this patch is applied successfully, the product version specified in the About dialog box will be 13.0.1175.0

Is this the version you have after update.?
