Export_Import XML files

I created a surface in a Civil 3D file named it FGL 1C.

I exported this file as an XML Surface file.

I imported this XML file into another Civil 3D file.

I find that the Exported XML file had Minimum Elevation 3.70m in its properties.

After importing this same XML surface file into the second Civil 3D file, the Minimum Elevation property has changed to 0m.

I have followed the same workflow for other surfaces which have retained the properties.

What is going wrong?

Please help me. I have attached the Screen shots of the two situations.

Hi Seshagiri,
Not sure what's happening, but the surface with the 0 elevations has 9 more points than the surface with min 3.700.
