Export corridors not available for selection in Civil 3d to 3ds Max

Hi everyone! I´m trying to export the corridor from Civil 3d to 3d max, but, when i use the Export to CivilView the corridors are not available to be selected. Anybody have a tip to solve this issue?

Appreciate you bringing your question to the forums! This might be more of a question for the Civil 3D forums here, but i did find this older workflow video on the 3ds Max learning channel that might help you prep your civil project to import into 3ds Max. 

@lim.wendy have you had any experience in exporting corridors from Civil 3D?

Meantime, I highly recommend checking out this video by CTC, which explains the workflow of using the 3ds Max Civil View Add-In for creating visualizations. It's an excellent resource to get you started on the right track.
