Civil 3D corridor export to IFC4x3, the geometry not meet what we want.

Hi anyone, i try to export one civil 3D corridor like dam, and as I know regarding corridor shapes its will export as a sectional solids, but i know no if when i change the frequency to 1m then I only that corridor like this 

but when i change the frequency to 0.10m then I get like this in Open IFC Viewer 

it look like ok, but I do orbit the view, then It like this, look like if if want fully solid i need to set the frequency to 0.00x as much as possible.  do you have any solution that when we export the civil 3D corridor to IFC4x3 then we can see fully like a solid in the Open IFC viewer. Otherwise when we sharing this IFC to other party, then they will have question that why this corridor look like a broken tooth like this.
