ECW imagery not showing

I have ECW files inserted into a DWG and I can only see the frames, not the imagery.

Hi Aaron,
More details please on commands used to insert the ECW. Did you check to see if it was on a frozen layer? What year/version Civil 3D are you using? Do you have all updates?
