Earthwork Plan Production won't Undo

In AutoCAD Civil 3D 2017:

 

If I use the Earthwork Plan Production tool (Analyze tab) and then Undo, the linework and text don't go away. I can Undo Back and the objects remain.

 

If I run other commands before and/or after Earthwork Plan Production, they undo correctly.

Not an answer to your query but have you ever checked outputs from the Earthworks Plan Production tool against other volumetric methods?

 

I used it when it was part of 2016 Pro Pack 1 and found the volumes generated were totally incorrect and I have never had the confidence in the tool to use it again.

 

PS Just tried in 2017 and 2016 and the text values persist after using the Delete button in the Tool. Several Right Clicks/Select Similar for the text eventually removed all the text.

Thanks, Neil. No, I haven't checked the volumes generated from this tool. I actually just realized yesterday this was available. I ran it to see what it does and then tried to Undo it. That's when I discovered the weirdness.

It is still a problem in Civil 3d 2021.  I just had the same thing happen, cannot undo, cannot delete entities. Do not use this tool !

This is still happening in Civil 2025. After deleting data and run again the tool I can't get grid in this file. I need to save a copy before run this tool and if I want to change some option go back to this file
