Display issues? C3D 2018 Windows 10

I'm having display issues, and trying to figure out what is causing this - IT doesn't seem to know either.

Doesn't matter where I place the layer manager (and other palettes) ... this happens. Whatever is behind the window is displayed rather than the actual information I'm trying to see! Any ideas? I've turned on and off Graphics accelerator ... nothing changes.

Have you checked your video card against the certified graphics database?

I’ll run that by IT … I don’t have admin rights here …

p.s. … seems everywhere I go, I end up becoming a “new user” here. I have about 3 profiles out there on the forum, because the companies where I’ve worked set them up, then delete my access when I’m gone – is there any way to merge my profiles? I’ve been around since 1987 or so! LOL 😊

Do you have a personal email account? If so, create an account at Autodesk.com and use that when you post. Your previous employers will have no ability to disable that.
