Surfaces used by Data shortcuts keeping appearing as "broken" and I have to synchronize or repear.

But I do not need to insert the right path to source file.

I have locked the surfaces and change Data Reference Status to link or stored in the file but the error keeps coming back.
And we are running on a system called ProjectWise by Bentley.

"Geometry stored in the file" works for the moment!
