Crossing pipes not showing up in profile

I have a pipe network and it is data referenced in into another file for labelling/plan production.  The crossing pipes are showing up in the original file but not the file they are referenced into.  I have tried everything and cant get them to show up.  The label references them but that's it.  Does anyone have any experience with this.  Thanks in advance.

In the Plan production drawing ( assuming they have at least been drawn in profile) ?

Profile View Properties > Pipe Networks tab > Go all the way to right to > "Style Override" column & apply your crossing style to the crossing pipes here.

Are these crossing pipes connected to structures?

Yes, I have checked to make sure the mask is turned off and it is.

Ok, then it might be as simple as making sure that the ellipse pipe end you wish to see in the structure is toggled off in Pfl View Properties > PN tab.

I know this seems odd, but how I remember this behavior is, If I wish to see the pipe end display in structure in profiles, then the pipe display must be toggled off.

I made the changes you suggested and the pipes show up now but not as ellipses.  I have included screen shots to verify that I did everything correctly.

You have to change the style of the pipe. If it's a crossing pipe, it has to have its own style. In that style, you're display in profile view should have everything turned off except "crossing pipe outside wall". That will show an ellipse where your crossing pipe crosses the main line.

You mentioned they look correct in the source drawing, so go look at profile view properties PN tab in that dwg & then make the Plan production match the source dwg.

Without seeing the dwg file it's hard to say what the culprit may be.

We have a crossing style and that is what it was originally on.  I have been changing everything I could think of to make them show up so I probably hadn't changed it back.  When I check the "Show only crossing pipes" box the pipes don't show up anymore so maybe they aren't crossing but then again why are they in the original file?  They are pipes 135 and 136.

They don't show up as a crossing pipe in the original file either but still show up in the structure.

Try this.

In your screen shot, assuming pipe 135 is one of the crossing pipes, uncheck "draw" column, go to that structure number & edit structure style > Display tab < View Direction: Profile > Structure Pipe Outlines > on.

BTW - You should not need to manipulate the structure style like I mentioned if properly setup in the dwt.

If you have a dwt that has everything set up properly be sure to begin every new dwg with the dwt.

My structre is very wierd. 

I'd like to fix it. It is the same type of the structure and shows different.
