Cross section Band Text

I'm having a strange issue with my cross sections when I try to add a band with level difference the text location shows up lower than it should and in some cases works fine not sure what this is.

Does the text shift only happen for positive or negative differences? Hard to see from images.

It doesn't matter if the value is positive or negative in the original screenshot all values are positive, here's another one where are all values are negative.
