Do you mean you want that information for each of the entities that was part of the block before exploding? Explode the block and check Properties of the resultant entities.

A block can be created on any layer and that information stays with the block. So I'm unclear what your looking for.

If the objects comprising the block are created on Layer 0 the block inherits the properties of the layer it is inserted on OR the if the objects are on specific layers these will be retained on insertion of the block

Let's say I have a grading plan with 20/30 layers. I like to make a block of those layers so it can be downloaded/ forwarded to another user that once exploded they will have those layer arranged on their drawing instead of creating a LAS.

Place an object on each of the 20/30 layers and make a block of all those objects.
Seems more tedious than just using Design Center to get the layers.
